Who’s the killer?Never before in its entire history has Bricklesea had a murder.
We know the town is inhabited by Nutters, Clowns and complete blithering Idiots, but who in their right mind would be stupid enough to kill anyone?
And, who is the victim anyway?
All we know for sure is that the poor soul died happy. He has the same silly grin as most of the inhabitants of Bricklesea, but nobody seems to know who he is.

Weird pirate dude still on island after three weeks!The strange appearance of a Pirate on the island in the Boating Lake is leaving local residents mystified!
“He just appeared during the night about three weeks ago and refuses to leave the island. The water in the boating lake is only about three feet deep so he can wade ashore if he likes, but he just won’t budge!” Said a confused onlooker.
“All he seems to do is eat fish and shout and swear like a sailor. We even got on a boat and tried to bring him back, but he tried to shoot us!”
Police monitoring the situation say that as long as he doesn’t harm anyone there’s nothing they can do.
This is the third week he has been on the island.
Monday was the last day of August and it was a nice warm sunny day (eventually). I went Geocaching, walked over 10 miles and had a great time wandering around Studham and the back of the zoo getting stung, caught in brambles, scratched with barb wire, etc.
